PAYMENT :   * We honor Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Cards when
   presented in accordance with site instructions.
    * We accept mailed checks but we reserve the right to withhold merchandise
  shipments until checks have cleared.  Money Orders mailed in US Funds
  will  ensure prompt shipment.
    * Prices are subject to change without notice.  
    * Refunds will be made in the customer's *manner of payment*, i.e. credit card
  account debit or bank check, for Static-ESD approved returns and items sold out
  or no longer available.
CANCELLATIONS :   *  For orders of our standard advertised stock items, please call us as soon as
   possible if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, we
   can not refund your shipping costs.

*  Cancellation of orders for goods (either non-stock items, or stock items of
   unusually high quantities) which must be specially acquired by Static-ESD for a
   specific customer (special orders) will not be accepted once the order is
   Cancellation of all returnable orders may be subject to a **restocking
   charge** of 15% of the value of the order.

*  Some special order products listed on this website may be brightly and
   obviously labeled "NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.  Static-ESD
   honestly and openly presents such products as special order and
   NON-CANCELABLE,  NON-RETURNABLE.  In such case, if an order is
   placed for such an item, the customer assumes all risk of suitability of the
   product for the customers intended purpose. Cancellations and/or
   returns of these products subsequent to the placement of the order will
   NOT be accepted after the order is processed. 

SHIPPING :   *  Static-ESD's standard shipments are made via UPS.
   Other  shipping methods are available to choose from at additional
   customer cost.  UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses;
   customer will pay additional shipping and handling charges for any
   returned products, or any shipments returned to us as "undeliverable".

   Canadian customers, please allow an additional 5 to 10 days for your
   shipment to clear through Canadian Customs Service.

    All International Orders  (outside the U.S. or Canada)  
       International shipping rates vary greatly.  Please contact our
   sales dept. to place international orders. When doing so, please provide
   desired item(s) and quantity, and destination address details. We
   will be happy to respond with specific quotes using several shipping
   options for international customers to choose from.  Then, if you tell us
   which of our quoted shipping options you prefer to use, your selected
   "custom" international shipping method can then be added to our
   on-line shopping cart system for your payment by credit card
   without the need for international phone calls.  Payments must be made
   in US funds only.
RETURNS :   Orders from USA and Possessions  
       All damaged goods delivered to the Customer must be reported to
   Static-ESD within 7 days of customer receipt.  Static-ESD will
   restore/replace damaged item(s) to original condition.
    All International Orders  
       Uninsured Orders:  Static-ESD will replace damaged items at nominal
   charge. We generally include insurance costs with international shipping
   quotes and ship international orders with insurance.
       Insured Orders:  Static-ESD will restore/replace damaged item(s) to
   original condition.
    *  The Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns unless
    specifically authorized to ship at factory expense.
    *  Before shipping or returning any material for any reason, contact
   Static-ESD by e-mail, fax or US Mail for factory authorization to Ship.
   Identify customer name and address, reason for return and detail item
   symptoms if being returned for technical support.  Static-ESD will furnish
   shipping authorization and shipping directions if appropriate.
    *  All product returns must be authorized by Static-ESD before shipment;
   under no circumstances will returns be accepted if not pre-authorized.

CONFIGURATIONS :   *  Specifications are subject to change; we strive to continually improve
   and update our products.  Static-ESD reserves the right to use
   substitute material to replace items that are out of stock or discontinued
   with parts of an equivalent nature.
    *  Static-ESD will include appropriate documentation and/or other
   technical support to insure the user has adequate assembly or user instructions.
    All Static-ESD Brand product contents include the following items:  
           * All ordered new and functional items  
           * Clear, concise, illustrated assembly instructions (where applicable)  
           * Packing List  

All other brand products marketed and sold by Static-ESD will include materials
   and documentation as furnished by the tool or product manufacturer.

    *  All Static-ESD products meet advertised factory specifications.  If you
   determine that you can not safely or successfully use an item you
   purchase from us, you may return it in its original shipping condition
 for a credit in manner of payment* (less your packing and shipping
   charges) under the Product Guarantee Refund Policy. Items may not be returned
   under the Product Refund Policy once the product has been used or after
   any internal sealed packaging has been opened.
    *  All returns made under the Product Refund Policy must be made within 30 days
   of original purchase.
    *  Refunds under the Product Refund Policy are subject to "as shipped"
   restrictions;  i.e. no instructions or pieces missing or modified; no signs of use or
   wear, product package contents complete and intact as originally shipped from
   Restocking charges** may apply.
    *  Static-ESD reserves the right to refuse a return if materiel is not in "as
   shipped" condition.
    *  Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns. Just as if returning a
   product to any other store, the customer is responsible for the safe return of the

    *  There is a limited warranty on all of our products.  
    *  All Static-ESD products are new and factory tested.  Static-ESD products use
   standard production quality materials from known and regular suppliers.  All
   Static-ESD products have been demonstrated to work as advertised if used
   correctly for its intended purpose.
    *  If a customer encounters a problem during normal use of an Static-ESD item, it
   can be returned to our Technical Department for examination and repair or
    *  If a problem is determined to be a factory fault, it will be repaired or replaced at
   factory expense.  If the problem is determined to be customer error, or caused by
   customer damage or mis-use, any repair/replacement will be at the
   customers expense.  Repair charges will be furnished for Customer
   authorization before non-warranty work is completed.  Diagnosis of the
   Static-ESD Technical Department is final.  Please allow a minimum of 6
   weeks for examination and/or repair.
    *  All returns must be authorized by Static-ESD before shipment; under no
   circumstances will returns be accepted if not pre-authorized.   See
